Servio Ltd ("Servio", "we", "us") provides cloud point-of-sale software to hospitality venues in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
We collect account details you provide (name, email, venue information), operational data generated as you use the product (orders, menus, settings), and technical data such as device type and log information. We do not store card numbers — payments are handled by Stripe.
We use your data to operate and secure the service, provide support, process payments through Stripe, and improve the product. We never sell your data, and we only share it with the processors needed to run Servio.
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@servio.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After closure, operational data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

By creating a Servio account you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
Servio is billed monthly at a fixed price with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
You agree to use Servio lawfully and not to misuse the platform, interfere with other customers, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
We target 99.9% uptime and maintain the service continuously. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance wherever possible.
Servio is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Servio is designed for real hospitality operations. You may not resell access, run automated load against the platform, or use it to process payments for unrelated businesses.
You may not use Servio to sell illegal goods or to process transactions that breach UK law or card network rules.

For personal data you upload, you are the data controller and Servio is the data processor. We process that data only on your documented instructions.
We use a small set of vetted sub-processors — including Stripe for payments and UK-based cloud hosting — each bound by equivalent data protection obligations.
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. Breaches affecting your data are reported without undue delay.
